The story behind it
I've struggled with my teeth. Between acne treatments and reactions to synthetic toothpaste ingredients, I had to figure out what actually works for my mouth. Most commercial toothpaste is a chemistry experiment. I wanted something that just cleans—baking soda does that, coconut oil is gentle, essential oils taste better than artificial mint. It doesn't have preservatives, so it won't last six months in your cabinet, but it'll actually work while it's fresh.
How it’s made
Mix baking soda with coconut oil until you get the consistency of toothpaste. Add essential oils for mint or cinnamon flavor. That's it. It doesn't have a long shelf life like commercial stuff because there's no preservatives, but it works fine for a month in a jar in your bathroom.
