Whipped Beef Tallow from Grass-Fed Cattle
$18.00
Beef tallow from grass-fed cattle — one ingredient. Tallow is uniquely compatible with human skin because its fat profile mirrors your own sebum: stearic acid and oleic acid that penetrate rather than sit on top. It carries fat-soluble vitamins your skin can actually use — vitamin A for cell renewal and turnover, vitamin D to support the skin barrier, vitamin E as an antioxidant that fights free-radical damage, and vitamin K for elasticity and even tone. CLA, a fatty acid naturally concentrated in grass-fed beef fat, adds proven anti-inflammatory properties. It does what most moisturizers try to do with ten ingredients. We just did not need the other nine. Vitamins A, D, E, and K are also fat-soluble antioxidants that help neutralize UV-induced free radical damage over time. Used consistently, tallow supports the skin's natural ability to handle sun exposure — not by blocking UV, but by keeping the barrier strong and well-nourished enough to recover from it.

The story behind it
I bought a cow. Wanting to honor the animal, I tried to use every part — which left me with more beef tallow than I knew what to do with. This was before tallow was mainstream. I did the research, rendered it down, and found it was the best thing I'd ever put on my skin. That became the balm.
How it’s made
Grass-fed beef tallow is slow-rendered, filtered, and whipped by hand into a light, spreadable balm. Nothing added. One ingredient, made in small batches in Tampa.
